RKEF(回转窑—矿热炉工艺)治炼工艺中使用回转窑进行培烧—预还原,主要脱去矿山中自由水和结晶水,预热矿石,选择性还原部分镍和铁。然后将培砂热送到矿热炉治炼金属合金,使用三相电极插入炉料进行埋弧式操作,使三相电流导通加热炉料,将电炉内熔渣温度控制在1400℃~1600℃,利用炭(C)元素在高温条件下对各种金属氧化物的还原作用,通过控制适当的配料比例及操作温度,将红土镍矿中的金属有选择地还原出来。
The RKEF(Rotary Kiln-electric Furnace) process utilizes the rotary kiln to roast nickel laterites as the first step of pre-reduction to dehydrate nickel ore. Part of Ni and Fe would be deoxidized in the Pre-reduction process. The next step is to deliver the hot sand of dehydrated ore to electric furnace for smelting. With submerged arc surfacing process using three-phase electrode, the furnace burden is heated gradually when the temperature is controlled from1400℃to1600℃. To utilize he reduction reaction of Carbon and metallic oxide under high temperature, we adjust the burden proportion and control the temperature in order to deoxidize Fe and Ni and manufacture the ferronickel liquid.
